Exchange and Returns
7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee to provide the best service to our customers and provide 7-day exchange service. The exchange period is 7 days, that is, you need to receive the goods you need to return within 7 days from the receipt of the goods from the courier.
1. A valid receipt for TRIM STUDIO must be held and exchanged on the date of purchase or within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
2. If the quality of the goods are in question, it can be exchanged.
3. No refund service.
4. Customers must retain TRIM STUDIO's product label and exchange it once when the product is complete and clean.
5. When the goods are exchanged, if the amount of the goods exchanged is lower than the amount of the original goods, the difference will not be refunded.
6. Early Bird items, accessories, tights, socks and hats are not accepted for return or exchange.
7. TRIM STUIDO, SMOL COMPANY reserves the right to make the final exchange decision.

By mailing the goods back to our exchange address, the buyer must bear the return postage.
What should I do if there is no size for the replacement?
If the size you want is out of stock, you can exchange other items with same value; or make up the difference to replace the higher value item.
