Exchange and Returns

We guarantee to provide the best service to our customers and provide 14 day exchange service. The exchange period is 14 days, that is, you need to receive the goods you need to return within 14 days from the receipt of the goods from the courier.

Exchange rules
1. A valid receipt from TRIM STUDIO® must be presented on the date of purchase or within 14 days after receiving the goods.
2. TRIM STUDIO® product labels (tags and any packaging) must be retained.
3. Items that have been used or washed will not be exchanged.
4. Products must be complete and clean. Products that will affect secondary sales will not be exchanged.
5. Sale-priced products, accessories, tights, socks and hats are not returnable or exchangeable.
6. If quality problems are found before using the product, it can be exchanged.
7. No refund service is provided.
8. When exchanging goods, if the amount of the exchanged goods is less than the original goods, the difference will not be refunded.
9. When exchanging goods, if the value of the exchanged goods is higher than the value of the original goods, the customer can make up the difference and replace it with a product of higher value.
10. TRIM STUDIO® reserves the right of final decision.

What should I do if there is no size for the replacement?
If the size you want is out of stock, you can exchange other items with same value; or make up the difference to replace the higher value item.
